Two Trays – Endless Possibilities

Fully compatible with existing industry-standard units. A single VersaPack™ tray (50x50cm or 50x60cm) can accommodate a variety of arrangements: 

• Loose product frozen naked or in a polybag (e.g., blocks of H/G cod) 
• 1 large carton (e.g., 1x13kg Greenland halibut)
• 2 medium cartons (e.g., 2x9 cod fillets)
• 3 small cartons (e.g., 3x6 cod fillets)  

Trays are available in three different depths to accommodate various product volumes.

Fully automated: system picks, packs and freezes mix of products simultaneously – various species, various cuts, various packagings – in a unified workflow ending with automatic palletization.

Unified Design

All finished units pack into single size format. 50x50cm trays are optimized for 100x100cm pallets while 50x60cm are optimized for 100x120cm pallets.
